面对自己讨厌的工作 如何掌控自己的情绪
世界上最悲惨的事是什么,加班。比加班更痛苦的是什么,天天加班。问题是,即使你对这项工作没兴趣,你还是要去做...这就是生活的无奈~所以倒不如做一些改变,给自己的工作一个全新的面貌。
1. Do not announce it to the whole world. If you need to pour outyour feelings, keep it to your family and close friends. There’s nopoint in letting your whole office know that you feel miserable inyour job. It will just create negative vibes for you and the restof your team.
不要搞得全世界都知道。如果你需要倾吐自己的感受,那就向你的家人和密友吐露。没必要让整个办公室的人都知道你苦不堪言。这只会为你和你的团队带来负面影响。
2. Determine the cause. Try to recall when you started havingnegative feelings towards your job. Try to pinpoint which facet youhate. Is it your task? Your boss? Your colleagues? Your officeenvironment? Your commute to the office? If you don’t know why youfeel miserable in your job, you will forever be stuck in it– youdon’t know the root cause, therefore, you won’t be able to figureout the best solution.

Improve yourfriendships at work, and make new ones. If possible, be a mentor tonewer or younger colleagues. Having good relationships at workencourages you to get more involved.

Doyou want to change careers? Have you looked at job vacancies inother departments? Think about it carefully. Look before youleap.

5. Manage your stress. Sometimes, it’s the stress or fatigue thatmakes us feel miserable. Learn how to achieve work-life balance. Ifyour office environment or your colleagues stress you out, learn tomake a “shield” so they won’t affect you. Do take up a hobby andgive it your best efforts.
自己调节好压力。有时候,压力大或是疲劳会让我们感到痛苦。学着去平衡工作与生活。如果你的工作环境或你的同事快把你逼疯了,学着保护自己,让他们影响不了你。好好培养一项兴趣爱好,并且尽力做好它。
