本周日，一位英国人要访华

After wishing millions of Chinese viewers a happy new year in Mandarin, Prince William, also known as the Duke of Cambridge, is set to tour China in person.
According to state media, his will be the first visit to the Chinese mainland by a member of the British royal family in nearly three decades.
前几天，威廉王子（也称剑桥公爵）用中文祝福广大的中国人民“羊年大吉”。这个周日（3月1日），他就来了。（当然了，此次访问是一年前就定好的。还邀请了凯特王妃，可惜现在王妃身怀六甲，无法成行）。
此次访问意义有多重大呢？官方称，此次访问是英国皇室成员近30年来首次访问中国大陆。

Sunday, March 1:
On arriving at the Beijing airport, Prince William is scheduled to be greeted by British ambassador to China Barbara Woodward.

抵达北京，英国驻华大使吴百纳女士(Barbara Woodward )将在机场迎接。
Monday, March 2:
* The prince is scheduled to visit a local hutong. There, he will visit a local home restored by two of his charitable foundations.
* After making that stop, he will be welcomed to China by a senior government leader before decamping to the Forbidden City for a tour.
* After that, lunch with another yet-to-be-named Chinese government leader.
* Following both, he will hop a plane for Shanghai, where he’ll launch the Great Creativity Exhibition at the local Long Museum, a contemporary art space.
3月2日，周一：
* 在北京逛胡同，参观由他的两个慈善基金会重建的四合院；
* 和一位中国高级官员见面，接着去参观故宫；
* 之后和另一中国高官共进午餐；
* 乘飞机去上海，出席在上海龙美术馆举行的“创意英伦”盛典开幕式
Tuesday, March 3:
His Royal Highness is expected to return to the Long Museum to make remarks on design and creativity.
After that, he will observe Chinese students being trained in soccer and partake in the Inaugural British Council Global Alumni Awards, where he will meet with various Chinese students who have studied in the U.K.
That evening, the prince will attend the premiere of “Paddington”.
3月3日，周二：
* 在上海龙美术馆演讲，主题是设计和创意；
* 接着，观看中国学生的足球训练；参加首届英国文化协会全球校友奖颁奖，并接见一些曾在英国留学的中国学生；
* 晚上观看《帕丁顿熊》中国首映。
Wednesday, March 4:
The prince is expected to arrive in Xishuangbanna, Yunnan province, where he will met with local village elders in a Dai minority village and visit an elephant sanctuary.
He will also meet with forestry officials to hear about China’s conservation efforts and see a various botanical gardens before giving a short speech on conservation and illegal wildlife trafficking before departing back to the U.K.
3月4日，周三：
* 抵达云南西双版纳，会见傣族村寨的老人，探访大象保护区；
* 接见当地的林业官员，谈谈中国在森林保护方面所做的努力；参观一些植物园；做个简短的演讲，说说动植物保护及野生动植物非法买卖。然后王子就回英国啦。
